liblilv-0-0 software package provides library for simple use of LV2 plugins, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblilv-0-0
liblilv-0-0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblilv-0-0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblilv-0-0 *
You will get with liblilv-0-0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
